A fun way to motivate a student is to pack your lessons full of surprises and silliness. Positive emotions enhance learning and motivation. Your boys will have Livesex Cam and lasting memories if they are experiencing strong emotions while they are learning.

If you find yourself uninterested in the material, challenge yourself to devise the most exciting way to present the lesson.
• Humor - Allow your boys to express humor in appropriate ways and at appropriate times. Acknowledge your son’s skill at being humorous. Sometimes, you just have to have a sense of humor about a boy’s sense of humor. Don’t allow yourself to become annoyed at their antics - be in the right frame of mind and they will brighten up your day.
• Mud - Let your sons put on bathing suits and roll around in a bunch of mud if they do their schoolwork well that day. And let them run through the sprinkler to get cleaned up again.
• Music - Sing their lessons to them. You can also accompany yourself on a musical instrument that you have at home - whether you know how to play the instrument or not. Have your boys join you in singing the lessons as well.
• Outside - Move their desks or table outside without them realizing you’ve done so and have them do their lessons outdoors for the day. This is a great spring or fall surprise!
• Pies- Let students throw a pie in your face if they get 100% on a test.
• Play Dead - Have a guest come in a play dead and let your sons solve a murder mystery. This will help to strengthen their reading and logic skills.
• Strange Voices - Use strange voices when you are teaching the lesson. Or, allow your boys to use silly voices when they give their answers.
• Stunts - This is a great way for Dad to get involved with homeschooling. Have him offer to have his head shaved or to run a marathon if they achieve a certain level of work.
• Visual aids - Use silly pictures or cartoons to get across the point of the lesson.

Different approaches will motivate students differently. Use your imagination to continue to try new ideas out on your boys, until you discover which methods work best for them. Fun elementary lessons motivate students and help them to remember the information longer as well. Add surprises and silliness to your lessons and bring the fun back into your boys’ learning.

Here are five movies that try hard but to no avail and so are rated terrible for the effort.

Napoleon Dynamite - 1 Star (Terrible)

Napoleon Dynamite is a nerd in high school who tries to make sense of his life amid a cast of almost totally dysfunctional people. As near as I could tell, there was exactly one normal person in the film.

This film relies on some corny humor to carry it along, but it lacks a central writing flaw in order to gain any shred of competence: the central character in the movie (Napoleon Dynamite, played by Jon Heder) is a nerd that is simply not likeable.

The only honest psychological reaction in the movie is the standing ovation at the end, after Napoleon’s dance skit. I would not pay to see this movie again, and am not a better person for having seen it.

Incredibly, Napoleon Dynamite actually won some lightweight honors, like Best Comedy by the Golden Trailer Awards, Best Movie by the MTV Movie Awards, and three nods for Movie Dance Scene, Movie Hissy Fit, and Comedy by the Teen Choice Awards (I mean, does anyone else have a hissy fit award?).

The Academy and its Oscars (which actually matter) ignored this film like they would a moral code (in other words, as if it was never made).

Napoleon Dynamite is a “cult” film and remains very popular with the younger set; seniors like myself are hardly impressed.

I believe the chief problem with this film is we find Jared Hess, the director, also shares the writing credits (if Singles Thüringen can call them that) with Jerusha Hess (I assume a relation). When directors become writers and writers become directors the results are seldom good, as evidenced here.

Once Upon a Time in Mexico - 1 Star (Terrible)

An All Star cast of Antonio Banderas, Johnny Depp and Salma Hayek fails to deliver in Once Upon a Time in Mexico. Only one word can describe this pitiful attempt at a movie: terrible, just terrible.

These stars were suckered into this one, as it has a bad script, bad directing, bad production, bad make-up and nonsense fight scenes. I grow ill just thinking about how disappointing it was.

Oh, did I mention that the director of this fiasco, Robert Rodriguez, also pulled down the writing credits in this film, and pulled down the film in the process (perhaps he thought he was on track to win Oscars for both efforts; the Academy thought otherwise). Awards for this effort: nada.

Notebook, The - 1 Star (Terrible)

The Notebook is a classic drama about relationships. A wealthy girl has a youthful fling with a poor boy. Her parents try to break up her relationship, and she must decide to follow her heart or follow her family and its wealth. Later, she makes the right Live Sexcam and when she is much older, suffers dementia.

The focus of the story is here, at her worst, with her husband reading to her from a notebook, hoping for a miracle that will bring her faculties back to normal. This movie has a beautiful, peaceful, gorgeous opening sunset scene that is gripping, and remains in my mind as the best part of the film.

Notebook never really has a chance to become a good film because of terrible sound management; there are too many key moments in the film Teen Sexcams you simply cannot hear the sound, and this is inexcusable in such emotional turmoil.

Normally, when my remote sound key is on 7, it is loud at my house. There are parts in this film where I had to click it up to 23 to hear, and even then it was muffled as the actors had poor diction. A competent movie production team would never have released this film without fixing the volume and quality of the movie’s soundtrack. It is a shame, the movie had potential but will never see the light of day.

Notebook did come with a credible cast of James Garner, Gena Rowlands and Rachel McAdams, and did earn no less than 8 Teen Choice Awards (not Oscars), which was hardly enough to push it to a better result.

Of Human Bondage - 1 Star (Terrible)

Based on W. Somerset Maugham’s novel about a well bred professional’s obsession with a common slut with pretend morals. This film, made in 1934, stars Leslie Howard and Bette Davis, and we are certainly thankful that moviemaking has come such a long way since then.

The Prince and the Showgirl - 1 Star (Terrible)

A showgirl (Marilyn Monroe) and a stuffy prince (Laurence Olivier) work through an unlikely romance.

The Prince and the Showgirl, made in 1957, is best left in 1957; it was too easy to tell that some of the background scenes were paintings.

The most interesting thing in the film was Marilyn Monroe cast with long blonde hair (it was early in her career). Her famous pictures as a glamour girl never showed her with long hair.

I only bring these five movies to your attention so you are not smitten with mediocrity when you sit down to enjoy your movie rental choice. My forewarning is useless, of course, should you invest in any of these films.

When I found an adorable Barbie Sex Toys for my daughter’s bedroom, I thought it would be easy to find the perfect poster frame for it. Once I started looking, however, I could not find one to suit my requirements. First of all, it had to be cute and colorful. A basic black poster frame just would not be satisfactory. Second, it had to be safe for young children. If the frame were to fall, it could not be heavy or breakable. Third, the poster frame needed to be inexpensive.

With no luck in finding a suitable poster frame, I decided to look into making one myself. Off to the craft store I went, where I soon noticed that foam board is a popular material. The product is very lightweight, colorful, and affordable. Foam board was the perfect choice. I let my creative spirit take over, and I was very impressed with the final product. It’s cute, colorful, safe, and inexpensive, just like I was hoping. The total cost of the materials was about $10, not including the poster. Here’s how you can make one, too:

Materials:

1. Poster
2. One sheet yellow foam board, 20 inches x 30 inches
3. Two sheets standard white poster board, 22 inches x 28 inches each
4. Foam sparkle flower stickers
5. Two ribbons, each 28 inches long
6. X-Acto knife
7. Tape measure
8. Tape

Directions:

1. Tape the 2 sheets of white poster board together, creating a larger, single poster board that is 28 inches x 44 inches.
2. Tape your poster of choice onto the poster board that has been taped together. Try to center it evenly in the middle, equidistant from all 4 sides. The Barbie poster I used for this project measures 22 inches x 34 inches, but you can always adapt the size of your frame to accommodate a poster with different dimensions.
3. Cut the yellow foam board into pieces to fit the size needed to frame your poster. Suggestion: Add an extra ½ inch to the top and bottom pieces and ¼ inch to the width of each side piece to avoid unwanted space between the poster and the frame. Because of the dimensions of the yellow foam board, I had to piece together the sides of my frame. The actual dimensions of the pieces I cut for the frame were:
   2 sections of yellow foam board: 28 inches x 5 inches
   2 sections of yellow foam board: 30 inches x 3 ¼ inches
   2 sections of yellow foam board: 4 inches x 3 ¼ inches
4. Tape the yellow foam board frame pieces together.
5. Using tape between the two, attach the frame to the poster board, showcasing your poster.
6. Tape ribbons to the reverse side of the frame. Try to center them about Seitensprung Rheinland-Pfalz inches apart equidistant from the center point at the top.
7. Tie the ribbons into a bow.
8. Embellish the frame using the foam sparkle flower stickers. Find the perfect place on the wall and hang it up!

Summary:

At first, I was discouraged because I could not find a suitable frame for my daughter’s poster. Using foam board and a little creativity, I Sadomaso a lightweight, colorful, and inexpensive poster frame that she will enjoy.

Here are three creative ways to approach problems.

Movie solutions

Often the difficulty is that we have only our view of the problem with which to work. So what would it be like to get a variety of different perspectives on the solution to the problem? Livesex a simple three-step process for getting a different perspective.

Hold a problem in your imagination for a moment.

Think of a favorite character or a movie you have seen that you strongly related to.

Ask the question, “How would this person have approached and solved this problem?”

You may get solutions from this exercise or only a different way to look at the problem. Either way is a win. Use your own judgment about the appropriateness of the solutions.

Question solutions

Motivational expert Tony Robbins offers us five questions for approaching problem-solving in a different way. They serve to help us reframe our approach to the problem. The five questions are:

What’s good or great about this situation?

What am I willing to do to solve this problem?

What am I no longer willing to do to solve this problem?

What actions can I take that will help me solve the problem and enjoy the process?

Crazy solutions

Lastly, let’s look at a process that I typically use to help parents solve power struggles with their teenagers. It’s applicable for our purposes as well. Here are the six easy steps.

Identify the problem.

Identify one or two solutions that you have tried that just don’t seem to work, and then discard them.

Come up with crazy, ridiculous, absurd, outlandish solutions that you would never do, but are absolutely fun to think about.

Come up with creative alternative solutions to the problem. Sometimes the seed for these creative ideas are in the crazy ideas. Other times you have simply been able to step back far enough from the problem to be creative.

Once you have your creative solutions, take massive action toward solving the problem.

Pay attention to the results you are getting. If it’s working, you can keep doing it if necessary. If it’s not working, repeat steps three to five until you get a solution that works.

What we have looked at are three simple approaches to creative problem-solving. Have fun trying them out in your own life.

1 cucumber per player,
1 maraschino cherry per player,
2 cans whipped cream
